At Chick-fil-A Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fresh look. If your order isn't serving you perfectly, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they stay as fresh as a signature chicken sandwich.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
